This Privacy Policy explains how BluQueue collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our web application, desktop tracking agent, and related services (the "Service"). By using BluQueue, you agree to the practices described here.
2. Information We Collect
We collect account information you provide (such as name, username, email, and organization details), content you create in the Service (projects, tasks, tests, bugs, reports, community posts), usage and device data (browser type, IP address, pages viewed), and payment-related identifiers processed by our payment providers when you subscribe to a paid plan.
3. Desktop Tracking Agent Data
If you or your organization install the BluQueue desktop agent, it may collect work-related activity such as clock-in and clock-out times, idle and active periods, and application or window titles linked to tracked work. The agent is designed without screenshot capture or keystroke logging. Organization admins and authorized roles may view this data according to their permissions and team policies.
4. How We Use Information
We use information to provide and improve the Service, authenticate users, enable collaboration and reporting, process subscriptions, send transactional and (where permitted) product communications, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.
5. How We Share Information
We share information with members of your organization according to roles and permissions, with service providers who help us operate BluQueue (hosting, email, payments), and when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of BluQueue and its users. We do not sell your personal information.
6. Community and Public Profiles
If you use community, newsfeed, leaderboard, or public profile features, information you choose to publish may be visible to other users based on your privacy settings. You can adjust profile visibility and related preferences in Settings where available for your role.
7. Data Retention
We retain account and workspace data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the Service. Organization admins may delete or export workspace data subject to product capabilities. We may retain limited records as required for legal, security, or accounting purposes.
8. Security
We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights. You can update account details in Settings and control certain community privacy options where available.
10. Children
BluQueue is intended for workplace and professional use. The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
